Our experience buying and selling a home with Tammi was nothing short of amazing! She took a rather daunting task and made it fun and exciting. As we were getting close to the time to put our house on the market, Tammi came over and did a quick walk-through and gave us guidance on minor things to fix/change. Her ability to see our home through a buyer’s eye was a real benefit. In terms of setting a listing price, her knowledge of the market was extremely valuable. We found the information we gathered from sites such as Zillow was only a ballpark and not as reliable as we thought. Tammi went back to her office, checked the comparisons in our area, and came in with a significantly higher valuation than Zillow’s estimate. My wife and I wholeheartedly trusted Tammi through the entire process and let her work her magic. Long story short, we got full asking price, the highest price per sq/ft in our area, and no hassles. Fierce is the best word to describe Tammi and we couldn’t be more happy with her services!!
